BEST offers also Service packs for BC and the actual one is Service Pack 2

With some Dual processor PC's BC had trouble during measurement with an
DTP22 (PC hang up), but this Problem is fixed with Service Pack 2.

Please can you clarify what it is that service pack 2 corrects with dual
processor PC's., and is this just related to the BestColor software?
Thank you for the advise regarding not having ColorShop active at the same
time as using the DTP22 with BestColor....a note to this effect would save a
lot of grief if it had been in the manual!
