Hello Richard,
in the past, there was a problem with Dualprocessor PCs, but with
ServicePack2 it should be fixed.
But there is a very common mistake from the user, they use 2 Softwaretools
with one Device. If you had open Colorshop, then you can't measure with
BESTColor, because the serialport is in use. Also It is possible, that an
additional Device is connected at COM1 and the DTP22 at COM2, than BC had
sometimes a problem.
