PS 5.5 & PS 6 differences

I've been working with PS 6 for some time and I've noticed somehting
strange: If I create a CMYK file in PS 6 and embed the profile, then
open it in PS 5.5 (same Mac, same profiles) I get a mismatch warning. My

clients are noticing the same thing. Any idea what's going on

At first I saw this only with ColorMatch RGB and Chris Cox replied that
the definition of ColorMatch RGB is sllightly different in PS 6 than PS
5.5. But this situation is one where I created the profile for a client
and now we're seeing the mismatch dialogue.

Thanks!
