I am using Photoshop 6 on a couple of Macs and have no idea what it
looks like on a 'Doze machine. One of my customers, with PS6 on Windows
98, seems to have done most of the right things but doesn't get close to
an on-screen match, which leads me to the following question(s). Could
someone kindly tell me (or refer me to a source - Fraser and Blatner
aren't out yet):
1) Where in 'Doze 98 can I see if a monitor "profile" made with Adobe
Gamma is being applied?
2) If it isn't, what do I have to do to the little critter to get it
properly installed as the monitor space?
Thank you for your kind help!

Winkey/Settings/ControlPanels/Display brings up display properties
dialog box. Choose Settings. Dialog box displays current monitor,
monitor card info, number of colors for display, screen area, and an
advanced checkbox which will take you to color management dialog
box....this is where you want to go to apply custom or other profiles
in WIN98. How ps6 deals with windows...? I'll get back to you when I
have time to check out a few other things first.
g'luck
