Use a profiling application which is able to document its internal settings within the profile it builds out, for instance, ProfileMaker (Mac or PC) or PrintOpen (PC).

A third party tool like Pshop 5/6 won't be able to read these internal settings any more than QuarkXPress is able to read Word settings, though.
