5 Color Profile and DCS2

Greetings,
I want to build an true 5 color profile. The printer is not at my shop hence
I have to save the files as EPS and recombine them to form the target?. I am
using ColorBlind Professional (1000 Patch) to create the profile. I have saved
the profile target(s) as EPS to my dektop and I get a total of 4 files: CB
Target.EPS.CMYK.1, CB Target.EPS.CMYK.2, CB Target.EPS.RGBK.1, and CB
Target.EPS.RGBK2. I understand the only way to produce a "true" more than 4
color profile is to print out of Quark XPress as a DCS2 File. I am not sure
how to do this. I open the EPS' in Quark and then what? Or am I going about
this the wrong way entirely. Thanks...
