I posted this question last week and didn't receive any responses, but
am getting into deep desperation now:
Last week I upgraded from system 8.5 to 9,0,4 on my 9500/200. I am
using am using a Applevision 1710 display and have always had the
resolution set to 1024x768, millions of colors. I have been using
Colorblind to profile the monitor, and have Colorflow IPB loaded to
build digital camera profiles. Now when I boot up at the aforementioned
resolution setting the screen is VERY dark and olive green...kinda' like
what you see on a non camo army hummer. If I choose the 800x600 setting
the screen looks wonderfully neutral, and even a tad too light. The
same thing happens when I boot up from a drive where my old system
resides, although then the screen is just dark, not army olive. I put
the colorblind video startup and Kodak precision Startup app's in the
startup folder, but they didn't do a thing. I have an Xclaim VR video
card in my box that I put in 2 years ago. Anyone have any ideas where
I should look?
