A familiar workaround for press-only work... but for work which will have
final RGB usage as well as print, I prefer to place workingspace RGB in
InDesign, and use a color server to convert various element types with
appropriate intents after the PostScript is written. Then I can have seperate
hot folders for Web and CD RGB versions, and press proof and final press
versions. Drop the PostScript (or PDF) file on the one you need at the
moment. This avoids dulling down the RGB versions to press CMYK, as would
happen if you built RGB PDFs from CMYK layout files.
