You seem not to have heard the six or so apologies and expressions of regret
contained in my response and have focused on my short statement that you had
been inappropriately aggressive. I'm upset to see you continue in that
vein, when I was so apparently apologetic and agreed that I had made
mistakes in my flippant communication.
I was asking what the future of the Mach 1 RIP was in light of your
relationship with ColorByte. I made an error in my last sentence, "Just
thought I'd mention this after seeing some recent posts on the list praising
the RIP" -- wrongly implying that I was doubting the praise -- when all I
meant was that the posts had reminded me of this question. That's it. Once
again, I apologize for not expressing myself more clearly.
You state in your last post that I was not requesting any information, just
making a statement. That's not true:
"I believe Robert Eversole mentioned that Praxisoft's relationship with
ColorByte, the developer of the Mach 1 RIP, has been severed, so I wonder
what the RIPs future will be. Any news on this?"
The question was a legitimate request for an update on the situation.
That's really all that was happening in my world. I was expecting a
response along the lines of what Andy Tisdale had written.
I've been a member of this list community for 4 years, and am known for my
warmth, appreciativeness, and humility. I remain apologetic for my post,
but still maintain you have been out of bounds in the level of your
aggression toward me. You mention in several places a host of stressors
around this that I am in no way whatsoever responsible for, and I don't
deserve the fallout from them.
