Profiling Nikon Scanners

Hi,

Could anyone give advice on profiling a Nikon Scanner using the new V3
software. As I understand it the application automatically converts, using
the generic profiles, into a choosen RGB workspace or CMYK output space.
I am looking to install a scan to print workflow on a Lambda. Is it
possible to go from custom profiled scannerRGB to outputRGB without bringing
the image into Photoshop for the conversion?.
