Paul,
I gave the long answer to your question off list but for anyone else here
is the short answer.
I think that you get more than value for your money but it is difficult to
give an evaluation in terms of fractions.
The images that I have printed using profiles from both packages are different
and both acceptable, if I was not looking at prints side by side. But seeing
that I am, I would choose to 'print' using the profile from icc Print.
But I have to emphasise that I have not printed more than 3 images as a
comparison and they were all images that had a very subjective orientation.
I will print out a macbeth chart and then make the comparison. If I don't
report back on this, then my position still holds.
Regards
Richard
