Yeah, this must be the "minus paper" option on the X-Rite device I was
using. And this is what I had figured and did the math from anyway. The
results were odd, in that the density readings were saying the magentas were
denser on the offset, though my images have a magenta cast.
But wait a second! My blacks off my Epson have a serious magenta cast!!!!
WHY?!?! The black generation settings must be bugged out in the profile.
But wait another second Nellie! The black ramp is has quite a magenta cast
even through SWOP or uncalibrated!!!! And wait another second! This is
happening on all 7 Epsons on the floor!!! What dookus!
So, I guess my best option is to use a profile editor and add green into the
blacks, no?
I'm losing what little hair I have left....
