Doesn't sound like a fluorescence issue to me; could be one of two issues,
depending on the printer model. It could be slow dry down, and the one from
the drawer isn't dry yet (most likely with certain glossy papers) or it might
be fading due to ozone or pollutants (1270 1280 1290 model line). Or they
could simply have been different from the start...
