Thanks to those who replied. Thanks especially to Matthew Gerber who
basically wrote a nice size manual explaining alot to me.
Advice I got:
Use "Advaced Users Only" and make my own custom profiles, or figure
out the cryptic meaning of the profiles and use those. But
esentially, by pass PR's color management and use it only as a rip.
I also figured out that when the print dialog comes up, I need to set
"Color Matching" to "Color/Grayscale" instead of what I thought
should be "ColorSync Color Matching". I also had to set the Adobe
Print Color Control Panel (comes with of PR) to the correct
profile/color engine (not sure what to call it).
Here is a little explaination of the cryptic profiles:

The last two letters are paper type. EP is Epson Photo Paper. PP is Plain
Paper. I think everything else you show is correct.

EP900NDQJ.ICM
EP900NNEP.ICM
EP900NNPP.ICM
EP900NNQJ.ICM
EP900NNTR.ICM
These profiles are installed from the PressReady RIP for the Epson Stylus
900, the last 3 characters are the ones to note.
1st:
B = best
N = normal
D = draft
2nd and 3rd:
PP = plain paper
QJ = photo quality inkjet
GF = glossy film
TR = transparancy
EP = photo paper

Don't worry - this is all very confusing, but unless you can afford a

I am trying to get PressReady to work. The user manual says it is real easy.
However, I set the mac up to use ColorSync color management and the
colors are completely off (printed from Photoshop 6).
When I turn off color manangement, then the colors are actually
closer to what it should be.
Does anyone know anything about PressReady? If you email directly,
I will post a summary to this list.
