Photoshop will not create a 'profile', just allow you to apply them to your
specific work needs.

Both Pshop 5 and Pshop 6 will create an ICC printer profile.

a. The Pshop 5 method is to set things up the way you want in the proprietary CMS, click Tables, and in Tables click Save.

b. The Pshop 6 method is to open Color Settings, in the CMYK working space popup scroll to Custom, set things up the way you want, click OK, and back in Color Settings choose Save.

Whether you want to use this profile is another question.

Or opt for the Agfa upgrade.

Only after some serious testing, both in practice and with profile testing software. Agfa's history merits caution.
