It is possible to build simple CMYK profiles right in Photoshop if you can
read patches from CMY&K ink step gradiants, as density readings, plus full C,
M, Y, CM, CY, MY and CMY patches as Lab values with a spectro. These are
plugged into an Custom Inks Setup, then turned into a table, then saved as an
ICC profile. Or you could save some time by purchasing a CMYK output
profiling application...
