good morning - - -

A big thank you to everyone who is putting in extra time
on this list to make their communications clear
and as useful to the list members as possible.
I know it takes extra time and brain cells,
and I appreciate it.

The following is a posting from the Conservation DistList,
Instance: 15:6, Tuesday, June 26, 2001.
Though this group is concerned with preservation
rather than reproduction, I thought that it would be of interest
to the ColorSync group to see a snapshot of other professionals
working on the question of how close a color match is close enough.
(To my mind, reproduction and preservation fundamentally share
the same goal: to faithfully present again, what once was.)
