I am new to the forum, but I would like to know how I could apply a yellow
paper tint to my profile.
We are using the Gretag Macbeth Profile Maker 3.1 software, and we are
trying to make a profile to match our Iris 4-Print to our Matchprint. We are
getting close to a match but we see the lacking factor in our match is the
differences in bases between Matchprint and Iris.
We've tried another profiling software that I shall just call brand X as I
do not want to get into bashing another product on the forum. However we
were able to go into the profile and set a specific over all tint to our
profile. This gave us good results on our match.
I have tried to use the Absolute Colorythmic rendering in the profile
options in Profile Editor 3.1 and tried to edit the white point, this just
seemed to flatten the Iris out and did not give us the desired effect we are
looking for. If there are any clues as to what we can do I would surely
appreciate it.
Sincerly
