The versions I worked with did not support any color measurement device. You
can create your own linearization curves by using a Swatchbook and Colorshop
to figure out the correction curve but I don't think a color measurement
device is directly supported like the NT version. I could be wrong though!
I found the *ink assistant* to be very crude and buggy. I used the Ink
Assistant for per channel ink limiting and a profiling product (with a
color measurement device) to for linearization curves. You can spec out a
total ink limit in Best DE too. So use the total ink limit option and the
ink assistant for per channel ink limiting and you'll get beautiful prints.
