hello to all
i have recentlly found a glitch with my monitor spyder,
just wondering if anyone else has seen this before.
i just recalobrated and profiled my monitors and noticed they all looked
slightly yellow on my gray background,and even worse in photoshop,big time
yellow.
so i went and recalobrated them again, same results,still yellow.so i tried
a different
spyder,and got the same results. so i trashed my preferences on the photocal
software
and reloaded software,trashed colorsync and reloaded that and recalobrated
and still yellow
so i went to the my mother of all my devices, my spectrolino and calibrated
and profiled with pm3.1.4
and guess what? right it showed my blue gun was completely off, the red and
green were close.
my monitors are lacie electron blues and i use 6500 as a white pt and 2.2
gamma.
i find i hard to trust a syder,but i have seen many people raving about them
on this list.
can any one enlighten me on this please.
