Andrew,

is this a colorimeter issue or a software issue?

If this is a colorimeter issue, whats up with all that
software packages sold?

As far as I know the Blue Eye Colorimeter is a
Sequel Chroma 4, as it is sold with:
Heidelberg ViewOpen ICC (called Viewmaker),
Colorcal (called Optimate).
