Phrased that way it immediately brings ColorVision's ProfilerPRO to mind; the
output profile quality is up there with the best (its the absolute best for
many types of photo printers such as LIghtJets and Lambdas) and the price of
well under a thousand bucks US makes it the only package in that price range
to offer a full range of CMYK functions and settings. It certainly makes
impressive profiles for the full range of Epson inkjets, both via RGB drivers
and PostScript RIPs. I would suggest you at least try it out before buying
anything more expensive, I suspect it would be just what you need.
