Here's my best guess. This is from memory but I think its correct...

A sample profile name for my 1270 is: EP1270PNPP.ICM

E1270P is the printer model (Epson 1270 Photo)

N is for normal print quality (B for best; D for Draft)

PP is plain paper. other letter combos here are EP for Epson Photo Paper;
GF for glossy film; QJ for Epson Photo Quality Ink Jet Paper; eg for Epson
Premium Glossy; em for Epson Matte Paper Heavyweight; TR for tranparency

I imagine similar letter combos apply to the other printer models as well.
