Profiling Leaf 45

I'd like to create a custom scanner profile to apply to my 16 bit images
from 4x5 transparencies through a Leaf 45. Currently I'll be using CB
Matchbox unless the list recommends something newer to produce the profile.

Will I need to purchase a 4x5 trans target seperately? I'm currenly
shooting Fuji Provia 100.

Any suggestions on how I can tame this beast are appreciated.
