I would like to proof screenprinting presses, as far as possible. Therefor i
want to build an individual input profile with PO4.0. Does anybody know,
which measurement device is able to measure the screenprinting raster? Cause
it has only 50lpi raster width and large dots.

Use an X-Rite 528 / 530 with the largest of the three apertures supported, as described in ABC Characterizing on www.iccabc.com.

When you measure low lpi use a large aperture to integrate the dots.
