Two or three inexpensive programs come to mind. Gretag's ColorPicker will
allow you to measure custom color swatches and save out a LAB palette that
can be loaded in Photoshop. The other program you could look at would be
www.icctools.com LabCalc for values for a certain working space. You can
even save out a Named Color Profile in the latest version (or course trying
to find a product that supports this ICC class is another story)
Of course, Praxisoft VectorPro can also handle this task too but the program
is a lot more. Xrite ColorShop can also save out palettes for Photoshop when
using an Xrite Swatchbook for readings.
Whatever program you use make sure your readings are for D50 2degree
observer. This is the flavor of LAB Photoshop has standardized on.
