I would add difficultly getting an even neutral tone thorughout the image,
even with an excellent ICC profile. For serious black and white prints, use
grayscale or low gamut inks. For proofing page layouts including some B&W,
live with the color ink and profile limitations.

Also, in the fudge department, once (or if) you find that profile with a near ink limit setting, set GCR to maximum if you can. Playing back and forth with both ink limits and GCR tends to provide a more pleasing range of tints to the eye. (nudge, nudge, wink, wink...know what I mean, know what i mean?)
