I agree, after about a half dozen times, I can do it in my sleep. However, I
don't know of any other profile building product that makes the users jump
through quite so many hoops. I suggested to Rhonda that at least with
Matchbox (a product aimed to a lower end user), it might be a good idea to
place the targets on the CD for the user. You don't really have as many
options for patches in that product. Even for Pro, you could have the 4 or 5
patches for RGB and CMYK for the X-Rite, Spectrocam and Spectrolino all set
to go. Most profiling packages that do supply pre-made patch files make them
very small as the size up quite well. I doubt this would take up more than a
couple megs on a CD.
