This is correct however isntead of, "then change back to CMYK," actually, its
best to, ..convert to Multichannel, Split Channels, Disgard Black, and Merge
the remaining three (CMY) Channels to form a RGB target, hence the name on the
Target "CMY" and the moniker "CMY Printer/Paper". And yea, like Andrew said,
creating an "Action" will only get you so far. IN MY OPPINION, converting the
CMY target is not that painful once you've done it a few times. Besides you've
learned much more complicated procedures in PS.

The Black is generated by merging CMY as RGB.

Good point, I recommed using your chosen "working" space to send the target.

Please trust the aforementioned procedure, Rasterize it as CMYK, Multichannel
Mode Change, Split Channels, Disgard Balck, and Merge Channels CMY to RGB,
Print out of "Working Space".
Also, check your v4.0 upgrade cd. It has a "Release Notes" pdf that gives
attention to the new features of v 4.0 (Matchbox and Pro). P.S (I am like you
and sometimes never read release notes) And also, ColorBlind has not gone to a
"scanner based", or "rgb" based, profile generation methodology. Version 4.0
(Pro and Matchbox) supports most major high and low end measuring devices
including the DTP-41 and the Spectrocam. If you ever need tech support
(email@hidden), (858-613-1300) please feel free to contact us at
anytime.
