There are other solutions which allow you to work with separated PDF files.
Asura from Onevision is a very good, although rather expensive solution,
which can recombine separated files. Swing Normalizer from Dalim Software
can also do this for a much lower price. The problem that I have found with
Seps2Comp (which is a nice program at a good price) is its lack of
automation. With the money you save on software, you need to hire a
"dragger" - someone to open the files in Seps2Comp and then drag and drop
them into the RIP or next hot-folder ;-).
