hi
i have noticed that if i open a file in photoshop 6.01 and ask not to
convert to my working space and then try and save the file ps 6.01 does
not allow me to embed my working space. the only option is to apply the
profile that was already there before i opened the file. i have been
working in srgb since all the ps5.x used this profile as default and so
i don't have any color management problems when my files are opened by
anyone else.
does this mean that with ps6 i can choose to work with adobe rgb as my
working space and anyone who opens it in ps6 will have to retain this
profile (adobe rgb) or choose to convert to his working space( that
he'll do only if he knows anyhting about color management so it's ok).
but if the user does not covert does ps6 still show the correct color i
mean apply color management so the veiwer sees the file the way he's
supposed to.
