Profiles don't change the data, conversions from one profile to another do.

If there's a way to load a camera profile, load the working space
profile as the camera profile and you'll get the raw camera RGB.
If there isn't a way to load a camera profile, and the Sinar profile
is buried in their software, there's probably not much you can do
except complain to Sinar.
