David,
As long as you don't mind it changing EVERYTHING to RGB (except EPS
objects), upgrade to 4.1. As long as you're not color managing Quark, you
have, under Options>Print Colors (in the Print dialog box) an option for
Composite RGB.
Or you could use iQueue by Gretag Macbeth.
The update to 4.1 is free, iQueue is not.
