Barco calibration problem

One of my clients uses a Barco personal Calibrator. He calibrates with
Calibrator Talk using an X-Rite colorimeter. He's experiencing "over flow
errors" when he tries to calibrate. The Barco people have been no help.
They refer him to Tekgraf who will look at his monitor for $800 minimum.

Any suggestions?
