You may be right about the simplicity of the EyeOne for many of these
tasks... but I've yet to see a beginner sit down in front of the English
version of the monitor software and use it successfully! Those "help buttons"
are actually required steps in the process, not a way to be whisked away into
the never-never land of MicroSoft Help...
