I apologize for having expressed my ingenuous belief that ColorChoice
would handle custom CMYK profiles correctly, and yield to Joel's
superior knowledge of the RCC RIP:

I only ever used ColorChoice to satisfy the Roland engineers when they
were here, but I do not have this problem at all with my Wasatch
SoftRIPs, which do an excellent job of generating Orange and Green from
a CMYK profile (as well as providing a user-controlled amount of LC and LM).
