Todd,
If you are considering a CRT, then look at any of the displays by LaCie,
Mitsubishi or Sony that will allow you individual RGB phosphor gun controls.
You have mentioned the possibility of choosing an LCD screen. If you choose
an Apple Cinema Display, I would recommend you buy a copy of ICC Display from
ProfileCity.com. This software will produce a very accurate profile for your
LCD display but you will need to either own a SpectroCam or Spectrolino or
hire
the services of a local colour consultant to build the profile for you.
