Mikael,
We have been experiencing problems with the web-based email form on our
website where the messages were not being sent. I made a post about this
earlier. As of yesterday this appears to be fixed! So, users can either
send a web-based email or email us directly at email@hidden.
This website is the best way to reach us, since there is no text limit and
you can have attachments. That being said, we are addressing your
CompassPro XT issue directly.
