Mikael,
I may be walking into this with an answer that is possibly not accurate,
because you don't specifically mention what's driving your color copier.
If the CompassPro XT is NOT managing your Pantone solid colors (coated or
uncoated, it doesn't matter...and I have my own opinions on that stupid
separation), and you're printing composite (which is what the CLC is, so
this is most probably accurate), XPress is sending down a CMYK breakdown to
the RIP in front of the CLC, and that RIP (I'm going to assume a Fiery-based
ColorPASS controller) is further modifying that data.
In short, I doubt it's a Praxisoft issue. It's called "Welcome to the world
of composite QuarkXPress Output" compounded with a foray into "Welcome to
the world of Pantone data on a Fiery RIP".
