A nice ink set, very impressive prints, spectrum not significantly wider than
standard Epson inks, but brilliant, none the less.

These are a personal favorite of mine. They work in almost any circumstance
that Epson dye ink would, with improved life expectancy. A bit more bleed
than Epson inks in some circumstances, and prone to color shifting under
differnt light sources if used for B&W or Sepia prints. Problematic for some
finer head printers, it seems... but great in the 3000, 5000, 7000, 9000...

I've seen several users abandon this set due to the inability to keep them
printing without clogs, even with continuous ink systems.

Virtually identical gamut to the other pigment ink you list next, although
there is some variation in the yellows, but that depends on which yellow you
get with your Gen inks...

Great inks, similar to the MIs inks above, no matter what is said about MIS
having a pigment/dye composite versus Generations being Pigment only, the
gamut and spectral graph of these two ink sets is indistinguishable! They are
best on matte papers, its difficult to find a glossy that they work with.

You've covered them already, as they are a rebrand of one of those above...

Elford ?
You'll have better luck searching under Ilford... I have clients who are
devoted to Ilford inks, but they seem to fight with them a lot as well!
There seems to be a very toxic (analide dye type) process used in their
manufacture, but this may not translate into the inks themselves being more
toxic to work with.
Their is no single best solution, it varies with the printer, paper, image
type, and other factors...
