it's a very useful tool for us, where we have to fix, correct and separate
thousands of digital images sent to us by people who really don't know what
they're doing. I think the people complaining about it really never bothered
to take the time to learn how to use it or even why they should or should
not use it. it is a difficult app to learn.
as I said, "industrial-strength" :) nobody goes out and buys Oracle or SAP
and expects to get it running without some seriously expensive help. same
issue, I think.
