Two additional things about my level counting program that I forgot to
mention:
a) It is free.
b) For 3-channel, 8-bit images (RGB, Lab and PhotoCD) it also reports the
number of unique colors present in the image, out of a maximum possible 16+
million. This is a very interesting number to watch as you pass an image
through profiles or do mode changes to/from Lab.

I like the price! Sign me up for 22,000 units! Or just email me one.
ps: I've been using Colorthink to show gamut maps in tiffs but it
doesn't recognize certain profile types (Scitex embedded, etc) so
this would be another useful tool to use in showing affects of
profiles to the stunned and amazed.
