Thanks Marc & Roger. With your 2 replies I was able to solve the problem.

The fix was to delete & recreate the printer. Perhaps when I first set up the printer I use the Auto Select for the Printer Model and the incorrect PPD was selected. This time I manually selected the PPD from my Classic System Folder and all is OK.
