That certainly; but other complications as well. Such as the format you are
moving your file from the first app to the second one in, and whether that
format is color managed by the second app, and the fact that Pantone values
are not identical between apps, and that RGB versus CMYK specified Pantones
will generally receive different treatment... just for a start.
