I thought list members might like to know that ColorVision's ProfilerPRO
succeeded in building a CMYK profile for my custom quad black ink set
from DTP41 measurements.
I use this profile for preview only, not for separation, as I separate
my b&w images with Photoshshop curves. I'm getting a good preview that
accurately depicts the warm and cool grays imparted by the inkset. The
preview matches a print very closely with no profile editing required.
