The manual explains that iQueue lets you preserve grayscale objects as grayscales when matching to a CMYK profile, if that CMYK profile is made with Heidelberg Printopen or GretagMacbeth ProfileMaker which support the kTRC tag (page 25).

Hope this helps, though I'm not sure what you are after.
