Jan,
I believe exporting PDF out of InDesign v2 will do the trick. You need to
check off the Include ICC Profile button in the Advanced Tab under the Color
section. Make sure the Color popup itseld reads "Leave Unchanged".
Bear in mind that this solution works for placed PSD, PDF but not placed EPS
and grayscale images. I believe you can open up the PDF with a Text editor,
look for the particular images and see their associated ICC profile.
