The ColorSync profile facility is no longer available from within the
printer driver. You must choose profile inside Photoshop. Photoshop 7
also has a new print dialog called Print with Preview - you need to use
it rather than print. The following tutorial should guide you to the
appropriate area. The initial screenshots are based upon Windows
although common to all platforms, but I've included a dedicated OS X
page for the printer driver
