Steven,
There are several applications out there. I use Kodak's Profile Editor.
PE has the ability to edit profiles, save your edits, allows you go back
and change your edits, and save your new profile. Then later, reopen the
new profile and edit your edits, because Profile Editor saved the edits.
As long as you keep the edits you can zero out to the original profile
and start all over.
Profile Editor can create and edit input, output, device link, and
abstract profiles.
For creating digital camera profiles you can use the 2 larger of Gretag
Macbeth Color Charts. Or when barely equipment dress out in the field, I
use the really little 24 patch chart.

Would it make sense to Edit DCAM profiles? If so what would be the best
app
to do it in?
ColorBlind Edit, Profile Maker?
