Now you suggest printing PressHexachrome for more color vibrancy but the
inkjet can simulate the press? I am not following your thinking. I am
confused.

I hope all are enjoying this thread!
Actually I'm enjoying this thread immensely. And I've been confused
for at least a couple of years having gone through months of dicking
around with HexImage and HexVector in the year 2000. Now, having read
the new Hexware (the all inclusive package) implies composite editing
of hexachrome images, I have to keep asking myself if I really,
really want to spend any more time and money on yet another
package/upgrade that will pull our Roland's and their
parent/grandparent Scanvec_Amiable RIPs into yet another hexachrome
fray.
So far? No. Give me a demo (and some relevant documentation).
Not that I've given up on the idea of printing CMYKOG or CMYKLcLmOG
composites of hexachrome separations. I haven't. But in the meantime,
betwixt claims and proofs, I'll stick with RGB workflow and
simulation until oneday, someday, Photoshop and the like come out
with full support for multi-channel (MCHx and xCLR) profiles.
